The Sequassen Alumni Association hosts several key events each year that keep former staff and supporters connected to camp. The biggest gathering is the Annual Fundraiser Dinner, a signature event that brings alumni together to celebrate Sequassen’s impact and raise support for future projects. During summer camp, weekly Alumni Days invite past staff to return, reconnect, and volunteer alongside current campers. The Association also holds General Membership Meetings twice a year to share updates and plan upcoming initiatives. A highlight of the night is the presentation of the Distinguished Alumni Award, honoring exceptional service and dedication. With warm conversation, community pride, and consistently delicious food, the Fundraiser Dinner remains a cherished annual tradition.

Camp Sequassen Waterfront
Summer Alumni Days at Camp Sequassen take place every Wednesday evening during summer camp, welcoming current alumni members and Scouts or leaders interested in joining the Alumni Association. The evening begins at the waterfront during the firehose competition, where guests cheer on campers and reconnect with the Sequassen community. Alumni often take time to walk around camp, catch up with friends, and renew their membership.
After the waterfront events, everyone heads to the dining hall for the afterparty, open to ages 16 and older. The night features refreshments, lawn games, and the Alumni Trading Post, creating a fun, relaxed space to celebrate Sequassen spirit.

Camp Sequassen Waterfront
The Sequassen Alumni Association holds two Member Meetings each year, one in spring and one in fall, where alumni help guide the direction of the organization. These meetings allow members to vote on funding camp improvement projects, review budgets, select new alumni merchandise, and address other important business that supports Camp Sequassen.
It’s crucial that members attend, as these meetings are the best way to stay informed, share opinions, and ensure every voice is heard. Active participation helps shape decisions, strengthens transparency, and keeps the Alumni Association moving forward with the support and insight of its members.
